By using Brokerscribe ("the Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Brokerscribe is an AI-powered drafting tool that generates insurance proposal letters based on information you provide. All output is intended as a draft for review by a licensed insurance professional before being sent to any client.

3. Not professional advice

Brokerscribe does not provide insurance advice, legal advice, or financial advice. Output generated by the Service:

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of any proposal you send to a client.

4. Eligibility

You must be a licensed insurance broker or work under the supervision of one to use this Service. By using Brokerscribe you represent that you are authorised to produce insurance proposals in your jurisdiction.

5. Free trial and payment

New accounts receive 3 free proposal generations. After that, continued use requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. No refunds are issued for partial months. Payments are processed by Stripe.

The proposals generated by Brokerscribe using your inputs belong to you. You grant us no rights over the content of your proposals. The Brokerscribe platform, brand, and underlying technology remain our property.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brokerscribe's liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that output will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
